Prior to coaching golf, Paul was a tour player, playing in many Opens in the UK and Australia, and major tours in Europe and Africa. Certified golf coach and Capto Putting instructor, with a further certification in golf psychology, Paul's real strength is the application of theory to process.
Paul takes into account each individual's strength, height, flexibility, sporting background, and frequency of play, then applies some valuable core principles that help you improve. These core principles can cure short term swing faults, whilst assisting with long term development.
Paul incorporates, where applicable, technology such as Trackman, video, and Capto Putting. He uses this technology to assess faults, to assist in understanding technique and showing improvement and development.
Flempton is a great place to develop your game. Facilities include: practice ground, bunker, driving net and putting/chipping green.

Many factors underpin starting the ball on a chosen line and controlling pace. The lesson focuses on:
1. Start ball on chosen line.
2. Control pace (most critical on breaking putts).
3. Green reading.
Will help you to understand the critical factors necessary to achieve a good putt. Capto analyzes 30 parameters. This is not a lesson on your putting per se.
Good putting demands good green reading skills to accurately assess speed and slope. This session helps you to develop these skills. This is arguably more important than the stroke itself.
Introduction to TrackMan. TrackMan can help you to understand how to control ball flight, trajectory, side and back spin.
Increased/optimised distance guaranteed.* TrackMan can assist with optimising driver distance often without the need for extra speed.
Every area of your game will be covered in this lesson from: zonal golf, shot selection, and target selection.
Learn how to assess your lie and the ground conditions in front of you, and select the right club and the right technique for the shot in hand.
Your irons, fwys, driver and wedges are all unique with highly technical specifications. Learn how to benefit from your clubs' design.
